Advanced Systems Utility Services required a database to help them manage thousands of scheduled and urgent maintenance and repair works per year.
We developed a custom database capable of managing their complex workflow.
The system also automated the myriad Excel reports their client’s required.
The system was introduced in 2009, and underwent continuous development and enhancement to suit changes in their clients’ requirements, as well as additional management reporting.
